IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). The Site does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI). Any use of the SangHealth platform involving PHI is governed by a separate agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable, between SANG Innovations Inc. and the healthcare organization.
